What do wedding photography and motorsports have in common?

More than you think.

Imagine tracking a bride walking down the aisle after she and her husband a pronounced man and wife. It can be a little tricky.

Now imagine tracking an 800 horsepower race car coming out of a turn and accelerating. Very tricky.

I packed up a bag of Canon essentials and headed to the track a few weeks ago during the Long Beach Grand Prix.
